DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means the seller completes delivery by delivering the goods to the buyer at the designated destination after completing import customs clearance. Super10's DDP service includes China pickup, declaration, sea/air freight, US customs clearance, tariff payment, and last-mile delivery, with no intermediate fees or procedures for clients.
What is overweight cargo? What is the maximum weight/size you can handle?
Overweight cargo usually refers to goods with a single piece weight over 1000kg or dimensions exceeding standard container limits (L12m/W2.4m/H2.6m). Super10 can handle overweight and oversized cargo up to 30 tons per piece and 18 meters in length, equipped with professional heavy-duty forklifts, cranes and flatbed trucks for delivery across the US.
Does the Air Freight Line transit time include weekends?
Air Freight Line transit time is counted in pure business days (Mon-Fri), excluding weekends and US legal holidays. For example, a 3-5 business day transit time shipped on Thursday will be delivered as early as the following Monday and no later than the following Wednesday.
What is the difference between FBA Line and regular DDP?
The FBA Line is customized for Amazon and other e-commerce sellers. In addition to basic DDP services, it includes labeling, palletizing, FBA warehouse appointment, and return processing. The transit time is more suitable for Amazon restocking cycles (15-25 days), supporting multi-warehouse distribution to reduce inbound failure rates.
How are lost or damaged goods compensated?
Super10 promises a 0 loss rate guarantee. If goods are lost due to our fault, we compensate 100% of the declared value; damaged goods are compensated based on actual loss (max declared value). All risks insurance is included by default, and the claim process is completed within 3-5 business days.
How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping cost is calculated based on the actual weight, volume/dimensions, origin, destination, and transportation method of the goods. We provide one-to-one accurate quotes based on your specific cargo information with no hidden fees.
